Use this site to bid for a project you need completing. This can be anything from an inventory, check-out or check-in for the new Tenant Deposit Scheme through to a New-build Snagging report or Asset Management list. Once you have listed your project all relevant Inventory Clerks are notified. They can bid a fee based on information you give and providing you are happy with the bid you then choose your Inventory Clerk. On completion of the project the Inventory Clerk will provide you with the report at which time they will ask you to pay the agreed project fee.
